You've done the stages. You have the expertise, the story, and the credentials to back it up. But somewhere between where you are and the five-figure contracts you know you should be closing, there's a gap.
The Speaker Strategy Intensive is a focused, implementation-driven engagement designed to close it.
This isn't a coaching call. It's a strategic engagement, built around your specific speaking assets, your revenue goals, and the buyers you actually want to attract. We go deep on where you are, identify exactly where the opportunity is, and build a clear path forward. Then we stay through it with you.
This engagement is for you if:
· You're a speaker, author, or expert who's getting bookings but not at the fees you want
· You're ready to move from one-off engagements to corporate, government, or institutional contracts
· You have a book, program, or curriculum you want to monetize beyond single sales
· You need your positioning, packaging, and infrastructure to match the level you're pitching
What's Included:
Phase 1 - Live Strategy Session (120 Minutes): A focused working session to assess your current positioning, speaking assets, revenue targets, and target buyers - and identify exactly what needs to shift. This is where we capture everything and confirm priorities before the real work begins.
Phase 2 - 72-Hour Strategic Debrief: Within 72 hours of your session, you'll receive a written Strategic Debrief and Directional Framework - a structured document that captures your session insights, clarified priorities, and the strategic direction for the work ahead.
Phase 3 - 1–2 Follow-Up Review Calls (90 Minutes Each): We schedule one to two follow-up calls to walk through your debrief together, incorporate your feedback, make refinements, and finalize the strategy. You don't just receive a document; we confirm alignment and close the engagement with a clear execution plan in hand.
What We Cover:
· Fee positioning and rate structure for corporate, government, and institutional buyers
· How to package your speaking, programs, and intellectual property for B2B decision-makers

This engagement does not include ongoing coaching, outreach or pitching on your behalf, media placements, contract negotiation, or legal services.
