ABOUT US

Strategic advisory for mission-driven founders who are building businesses that matter.

Evans Cutchmore is a strategic advisory firm led by Kim M. Braud, a social entrepreneur and founder of The Couvent Collective, a public benefit corporation supporting underserved entrepreneurs.

With 30+ years in financial services (including generating over $300 million in revenue at Nationwide Insurance), Kim has built her career on strategic planning, systems design, and operational execution. She's founded and successfully exited businesses, navigated curriculum adoption across Louisiana's 64 parishes, built publishing platforms, and advised mission-driven founders across sectors, from product-based businesses to nonprofits to authors building platforms.

Evans Cutchmore exists because most founders don't need more advice. They need strategic partners who understand systems, stay involved through implementation, and have actually built the things they're advising on. That's why we also run a publishing imprint  - not as our primary business, but as proof of concept. We practice what we preach.

We work with founders, authors, and organizations who are navigating growth, building infrastructure, and creating businesses with purpose. We specialize in publishing strategy, business systems, and marketing for leaders who want sustainable growth, not burnout culture.

Our approach is simple: We build systems. We stay through implementation. We bring honest feedback and decades of experience to every engagement. And we're selective about who we work with because every client gets our full attention and the kind of partnership that actually moves the needle.

If you're ready to build something that lasts, let's talk.
